Corinne Stanton-Procopis, President

Corinne Procopis is also publisher of Images and Impressions Annual Resource publication. This four color glossy magazine-style publication is a community resource guide that covers Northern Westchester and Putnam County. Please visit the publication website www.iandimag.com. Having grown up in Somers, Corinne feels very fortunate that she and her husband are raising their two children in her own home town. She feels even more lucky that her parents and grandparents also reside in Somers! Family togetherness is a big part of her daily life. Andrea Deinstadt, Board Member
Andrea Deinstadt is the owner of the professional organizing business Organizing Wisdom, working with business and residential clients to streamline the clutter and increase their professional and personal productivity. Andrea has lived in Somers with her husband and two sons for over fifteen years and loves being part of this great community. Carol Masi, Board Member

Carol Masi is part of the team at the Putnam County Savings Bank in Somers She comes to the bank with more than 30 years of experience in banking, working with commercial and residential customer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s needs. Carol lives in Cortlandt Manor with her husband and two sons. She is happy to serve the Somers community and looks forward to meeting everyone.

Edward M. Liss, Chamber Vice President
As President and CEO of Alternative Technologies Corp., Ed has over 40 years of experience in the development and implementation of electronic on-line information-based products and services. Since 1991, he has been CEO of MarketFAX, a proprietary interactive computer services company specializing in E-commerce marketing information services that integrate data, voice, fax, and web applications using Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Liss has an MBA in Management, an MBA in Finance, and a BBA in Marketing from The Bernard M. Baruch School of Business of The City College of New York. A Somers resident since 1977, Ed has served on the Board of the Chamber since 1991.

Jim Chisholm, Board Member
Jim Chisholm is CEO of United Processing Corporation which is a credit and debit card processing company right here in Somers. Mr. Chisholm has more than 30 years experience in the financial, transactions, and processing field. He has held such positions as Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank, District Sales Manager for National Data Corporation, Territory Sales Manager for VeriFone Corporation. Mr. Chisholm earned his MBA at Iona College and holds a B.S. from St. Louis University. He serves on the boards of many charitable service organizations in and around his community.

Karen Merritt, Board Member

Karen owns The Merritt Insuarnce Agency in the Somers Towne Centre.

As a Personal Financial Representative in Somers, she knows many local families. Michael J McDermott, Board Member
An attorney for 20 years, Michael maintains a general practice law office in Somers with his wife Fausta R.L. McDermott. In his practice, Michael represents individual clients in Somers as well as counsels businesses in Northern Westchester on commercial and insurance-related matters.

Pamela Guerrerio, Board Member
Pamela Guerrerio works for Citibank, NA, primarily with small to mid-sized area businesses. Pamela grew up in Westchester County and with over 20 years in banking, has a good understanding of the challenges businesses face in the rapidly growing area of home-based and family-owned companies. Pamela has lived in Somers since 1992 with her husband, daughter & son. She is also on the boards of the Somers Substance Abuse Council and the Somers Rotary Club.

Steven Delzio, Board Member
As the owner of The Mexican Shack Steve Delzio is a Somers native. In 1975, The Mexican Shack opened its doors as a roadside stand at the intersection of Route 100 and 35 selling imported gift items and jewelry. In 1990, The Mexican Shack grew and evolved into a full service jewelry store at its present location at 256 Route 100. The store offers a range of products from thoughtful gifts in sterling silver to fine jewelry in 14K, 18K, and Platinum as well as having a full time in-house jeweler, Rober Inghilterra, able to repair or create almost anything.
