Eldercare Connection is a Geriatric Care Management firm designed to provide comprehensive services to seniors and their families.  The agency is insured, bonded registered and incorporated in New York State.

Geriatric Care Management services are retained by families who are unable to coordinate and implement care.  Families at a distance find this service especially helpful.  Client can reside in a private home, independent or assisted living facilities and nursing homes.  Services are tailored to meet the client needs.

Elder Care Connection offers a full compliment of private caregivers.  Each independent contractor undergoes extensive screening prior to providing care.  This screening included a personal intervies, national criminal background search, motor vehicle search if indicated, onsite drug testing and verification of personal and professional references.

In addition, all applicants are required to provide a recent physical exam and undergo a skills evaluation provided by a Registered Nurse to ensure that they are competent in caring for clients.  Ongoing instruction and reinforcement of skills and tasks are also provided.  All clients have RN Supervision and Geriatric Care Management services available to them.
